No Peaky Pasta

Before I forget about this great cooking style.
STEP1: boil water - this needs to be a rapid boil, kitchen becomes a sauna type boil
STEP2: add pasta - I usually add spirals or KD style noodles
STEP3: give it a stir - helps the ones that like to stick - other option was to add some oil (step1.5)
STEP4: put a lid on it, and put it on the back burner - in both sences on the phrase. unless you boiled it on the back burner, then move somewhere else.

THIS IS THE PART WHERE " NO PEAKY" COMES IN. LET IT SIT THERE WITH THE LID ON, NO HEAT, AND DON'T LOOK AT IT FOR 10 MINTUES. no peaky!

STEP5: come back after 10 min or so, and pasta is done

Those of you who cook rice ( not long grain more water than rice, rice , but short grain normal rice) will recognize where I have stole this from - SHHHHHHHHH!!!!

No new news on the Pigeons, except they ruined this morning. Tomorrow calls for rain -so sleep may be a possibility, and time to plan the fly strip better. The plot will thicken tomorrow.

also got a call back from a job I applied to - they called to say they hired someone else - I hate them.

the car I want is still at the dealership waiting for me to buy it - no word yet from the loansharks

1 essay left to go before finals - last week of classes is next week

I appreciate your comment on my blog. Every comment made will help me to develop a strong gallery, since I plan to use comments to select and remove pictures from the gallery.

And depending on the comments, I hope to use them to accompany the respective photograph.

I hate them too. They obviously have terrible taste and you wouldn't want to work for them either.
