rants

this post will be me ranting about alot of things. I am angered easily by the stupidity of others, or by the world not doing things the way I would. I have always thought that if I ruled the world it would be a much better place.

gas: I went to get gas the other day, and it just so happens that I am out near a full serve station. I usually pump my own cause I am cheap, but I let the 2 cents slide. I ask the gas person to fill it up.....they do, and tell me 27 dollars....i question them immediatly as it should have come to 40ish dollars......they say it is full and I pay and leave......WELL it wasn't. It was 3/4 full. This angers me - it pisses me off that they can't do there job. I hate people that can't do there jobs - especially simple ones. The job requires you to pull a trigger until it stops....thats it. How do you mess this up - - and when you suck at this job what direction does your work career go in?

storm: there was a huge storm - - tornado sightings, gale force winds, massive distruction, power outage over the entire city - and I still have to work. What does it take to get a day off?

12 yr olds: I have been really annoyed by kids these days who assume they know everything. Especially when I know I am correct and they are not, but my only way to tell them would be to make them cry. This is obviuosly the wrong way to do it, but at the time it would feel so right.
this does not apply to all 12 year olds, nor does it limit this from applying to other similar ages as well.

taxes in: finally they are here. It seems like it took forever - cause it did....i won't rant much here cause I am actually happy they showed - i fear they would come and take it back

people who don't know 'right of way': with all the power outs going on in the city the stoplights around town were also off. This was ok for the first part of morning rush hour when people were still sympathetic about everything, but as the day wore on so did patience and brains. I yelled 'idiots' a few times, and gave them a good fist shaking.

well I guess that is the rant right now. somedays I could bitch about almost anything, and other days nothing bothers me. Today was clearly a bitch day!

i'm with you on stupid people who can't do their simple jobs. it absolutely infuriates me. we're not talking neurosurgery here.

you should totally make those kids cry, the make the parents cry for raising their kids to be idiots... they'll thank you for it because kids that age are young enough to change still. if you don't do this public service, they'll end up like your gas station friend.

some people are absolute rejects when it comes to driving. i especially hate people who can't/are too lazy to turn on their damn turn signals before they turn... cause i love wasting time waiting at intersections.

I'm glad to hear i'm not the only one who has bitch days. Somedays I swear the world could come crashing down on me and I would just shrug my sholders and move on. Then there's other days when i'll go off for hours cus I've scratched myself or something stupid.

Have fun spending your tax money finally!

I hear ya on stupid people (i hate people with no common sense)

You are famous, this rant cracked me up, AND you made it to a blog of the day under ranting, that's so awesome!!!!!!!!!

I can't stand snotty little kids who think they know everything, sometimes i wish making them cry didn't come across as bullying, they shoudl think of it as a way of toughening kids up.

lol at your rants. I'm so happy to be back in Toronto where I do not drive a car. I had to replenish the tank of gas that I used from my 'rents' car and it was costly. Yeesh.

Oh btw our friend Mel has started a blog because I told her to. It is cursedmel.blogspot.com

She figures she is cursed because she is having surgery to remove her gall bladder on Tuesday.

Oh, and I met Jolene's bf on the weekend. He spilled ON her. Match made in heaven, I daresay.

Okay, there's all the gossip out in the open.
