In true mash up randomness - I cleaned out my purse today. What a train wreck that had become. I am not a big purse type of girl, and by big I am not discussing size, but bringing about the idea of needing one or wanting to haul one. I find them slightly stupid and superficial. They rate in the same category as lipstick, painted fingernails, eyeliner and blush. All random useless shit to me. I do still carry one none the less and it is more of a fancy backpack for me. (Again to clarify, my purse is not a backpack but a Coach handbag, but I store similar items in it as one would in a backpack). Items that were found in the purse and probably do not belong were
1) at least one handful of garbage
2) lists of things to do, which have not been done, due to being lost in the purse
3) tv cables
4) 4 USB sticks
5) a recipe for pavlova
6) 3 lip gloss - all of which I can never find
7) 3 empty sunglasses cases
8) 1 empty eyeglasses case
9) my blog list
10) 8 pens

I placed back sever items that still should not be inthere and actually belong in the truck, but the purse will make it to the truck at some point and it is my hope that those items will be put away at that point.

What I should actually carry is a small travel version of a purse that fits over the body and requires no hands. I never know how or what to do with a purse. It seems silly when I walk places and always out of place.

I may switch to something smaller to cut down on the nonsense that builds up in the compartment.

most days though, I could easily get away without.....sunglasses are stored on my head, debit card in m back pocket, cell phone in my coat, lip gloss in my inside coat pocket. the end.
