An ode to the boys

Alot has gone on since Wednesday, but nothing I felt like blogging about.

I have spoken in past blogs about my two dogs, the ones I consider siblings even though they are different breeds. I was glad to have feedback that other people also do this. I may be crazy, but I am not alone! This blog is dedicated to them.

DRAKE:

He is a 5 year old Miniature Dachshund. A very lovable dog, and a charmer. An excellent older brother.

I realize I am one of those people that dress their dogs, but I am also one of those people that comes with a lot of good reasons. The first is that he is damn cute in a fleece. The second is - he actually likes to wear clothes. The third is that it is really cold in the winter, and I am not a fan of him choosing the warm house over the cold outside for a bathroom option.

GRYPHON:

He is a 3 year old Airedale Terrier. He is a big chicken to most new things. More of a fighter than a lover.

I let him have free hair for a while. It was his wild side coming out. He felt much larger than he really was.

Well thats the boys. In all their glory!

I don't tink I've met Gryphon but I remember the night where Drake chased Joanna's cats around and showed them who is boss. That was funny. Perhaps made funnier by the fact that I was drunk.

Love Drake's outfits!

Dogs are great companions. They are loyal and come with their own set of personalities. Great pics.

Well, I haven't met Buster yet. But from the pictures of him in his cape, he sounds like a riot, and i can't wait to meet him.
