Ohhh goodness the debate between prime minister candidates was ....hmmm.....interesting.

Borrowed from an FB status....I think this may sum up how I feel had I thought about it and wrote it out before finding it.
(I am very Liberal. Always have been. I also dislike Iggy a lot and then feel I have to sway to NDP or Green (not that I favor green, but it is an easy vote when everything else sucks) for my vote this time around. I almost wrote this year, as we tend to elect often)

Coming out of last nights debate, I see the order as follows...Layton, Harper, Iggy, Duceppe

LAYTON
PROS: - Clear, concise, and aggressive
-Lots of specific examples in his arguments
...CONS: - Worked "bling" into an anti-gang rant

HARPER
PROS: - Held his own despite his sociopathic nature and the fact that the other 3 candidates were clearly out for his ass
CONS: - His limited media accessability was increased to ludicrous dimensions when he decided to speak only to camera 3 (It being the camera most favourable to Conservative ideals)

IGNATIEFF
PROS: - Did a sweet impression of Garth from Anchorman
CONS: - Spoke primarily in generic terms and failed to cover up the fact that he's a massive ween

QUACKERS THE DUCK
PROS: - Helped to reinforce the importance of regional governance over diluted federal hot-button topics
CONS: - Insisted on wearing a sailor suit without pants. Also pooped all over the stage and nipped at Iggy
