after weeks of a slow leak, i get a little back, maybe even topped up

I just finished the longest stretch of classes for this program. It drained me in ways undergrad never did. I had so much thrown at me that I was blinded by the small tedious tasks. Just as it all ended this morning and I handed in the last 2 things that were due, the sun came out. It was a beautiful -8 and sunny today in the Bay. This is absolutly welcomed after the week of feels like -30. I needed this! It always feels so good when you realize the sun is out a little later in the day and is shinning a little brighter then you have seen in months. I needed this energy pushed back on me. Amazing how all things we bring into our lives cannot compare in restoring our spirit like a sunny afternoon.
